Bruce D. Halton, 79, of Chittenango, died Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Bruce retired as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the New York State Department of Transportation in North Syracuse. He was a former member of Masonic Lodge 998 in Minoa where he played in their Grotto Band. Bruce loved the outdoors, hunting and trees. Surviving are his wife Pamela; his son Stephen B. of New Woodstock and three grandchildren. Calling hours will be from 2-4 Saturday at the Tait Funeral Home, Inc. 2333 Fenner Road in Cazenovia. There will be no services.
