Fay E. (Alletzhauser Francey) McDermott of New Woodstock left us on Friday, November 13, 2015. Fay most loved being a mother, along with the joy of her jukebox and other music, she also loved flowers, playing bridge, watching television-especially S.U. basketball and spending time on her computer. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Thomas J. McDermott of New Woodstock; her children, Theresa (Stanley) Miner of Florida, Daniel Francey of Florida, Michael (Anne) Francey of Cortland, Scott (Sue) Francey of Fabius and Craig Francey of East Syracuse; 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and by her beloved Jack Russell Terrier, J.R. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Michael E. Brown Funeral Services, Cazenovia. Calling hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 2333 Fenner Rd.
