Guy J. Confer, 54, of Cazenovia passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday. He was born in Syracuse, a son to the late Guy and Sharon Confer. Guy enjoyed hunting, listening to Rock-n-Roll, playing poker, watching football and was a fan of the NY Giants. Guy also loved to spend time with his family, friends and grandchildren, especially during the holidays. In addition to his parents, Guy was predeceased by a son, Joshuah, who died June 20, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Jean Confer; his son, Terry (Mallissa) Clark; his daughter, Kristen (Eric) Mason; three brothers, Philip (Robin) Confer, Shawn Confer and Kevin Confer; a sister, Desirea (David) Confer; seven grandchildren, Destiny, Dionne, Morgan, Mya, Joshuah, Meadow and Mackenzie as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours are 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2015 with funeral services to follow at Michael E. Brown Funeral Services, 2333 Fenner Rd., Cazenovia.
