Joyce Anne Casper, 86, of Apulia Station passed away Monday, June 1, 2026. She was born June 2, 1939 in Binghamton to Willard and Edna Kenyon and was a graduate of Tully High School. Joyce served her community as a longtime volunteer firefighter and EMT Medic with the Apulia Fire Department and Tully Ambulance. In her free time she enjoyed tending to her flower gardens.

       Joyce is survived by her husband, Douglas; her children, Patricia, Terrie and Eric; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Sharon and by her brother, Kenneth.
