Kenneth C. Beardsley, 85, of Delphi Falls died Saturday at Iroquois Nursing Home in Jamesville. Ken was an avid gardener and woodworker. He worked at General Electric for 38 years. He was a member of the Delphi Falls United Church, a former member of CAVAC and the Oddfellows and a former volunteer at the VA Hospital in Syracuse. Surviving is his wife, Dorothy, his children, Christine (William) Carpenter of Sheds, Kathleen (Scott P.) Beers of Morrisville, Steven Beardsley of Fabius and Beth Beardsley of Delphi Falls; his sister Lucile (Dallas) Dunham of Delphi Falls; his grandchildren, Renee (Ben), Jim and Scott; his great grandchild Jordan. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on June 29th at the Delphi Falls United Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to CAVAC or Delphi Falls United Church.
