Mitchell R. “Mickey” Randall, 67, of Delphi Falls passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. He was born August 10, 1958 in Cortland to Raymond and Jane Randall and was a graduate of Fabius-Pompey High School, Class of ’76. Shortly after graduation in 1976 Mickey enlisted into the U.S Army and was stationed in Germany for 2 years until his Honorable Discharge in 1979. Mickey briefly lived in Indiana before returning to Delphi Falls to help establish with his parents, the Delphi Falls General Store which he and his wife, “Cookie” operated for 25 years.
He was a member of the Pompey Community Church and previously served as an EMT with the Delphi Falls Fire Department. Mickey loved animals, enjoyed collecting and repairing clocks, dancing, listening to music and singing karaoke. Known as “the life of the party” Mickey liked to have a good time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, tending to his plants and camping- especially at Bowman Lake. Like his father, Mickey was an accomplished bowler and achieved a couple perfect 300 games.
Mickey is survived by his wife of 43 years, Corinne “Cookie” Randall; four daughters, Melissa (Dan) Dimon of Pompey, Christina (Marc) Mills of Arizona, Jessica (Dave) Andrews of Pompey and Erika (Chris) Randall-Griffin of Apulia; his brother, David (Lorraine) Randall of Fabius; his sister, Joanne (Paul) Oot of Kirkville; nine grandchildren; two great grandsons; one great granddaughter on the way; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Edward Randall.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 5 p.m., Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Pompey Community Church with services to follow at the church. After the services, a celebration of Mickey’s life will be held at the Delphi Falls Fire Department.
