Obituary

Nancy Jean Tuttle, 87, of Chittenango, passed away peacefully on Thursday, under the loving care she received for the past three months at Summit Elder Lodge in Moravia, NY. Nancy was the beloved wife of 62 years of the late Bryce Tuttle (2009), founder of Skyridge Family Club, which they ran for over 40 years. Nancy was raised in Pennsylvania. She graduated from Sullin's College in Virginia. Devout Christians, She met her husband at Norman Vincent Peale's Church in NYC. They moved to Fayetteville after they married to begin their life together. Her earlier interests included riding horses, raising cocker spaniels and Labrador retrievers, playing bridge with her friends, "traveling" and dining out on Friday nights. She was an avid reader, loved gardening and was always accompanied by her loving dogs. She lived a happy and productive life as a homemaker and mother of six children and three grandchildren. Besides her husband, she is predeceased by her son Skylar who died in 2000. She is survived by, Larry (Ashley Marie) of Glendale, AZ, Christina Klaus of DeWitt, Bruce and Timothy of the Syracuse area, and Wendy, Luke and Marisa Ash of Naples, NY. Services will be private.
