Patricia A. Thieleman, 84, of Syracuse, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023 at Crouse Community Center in Morrisville. Patty was born March 21, 1938 in Watertown to Clarence and Hazel Haskins. She is now in Heaven with her mother Hazel and her son, Howard Haskins. She is survived by her son, Gerald Ackerman, daughters, Jean Martinez, Laura (Buenaventura) Navarrete and Beth Smith; her brother, Garry Haskin and by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
