Shirley Ann Milks Rosenberg, 81, of Syracuse, passed away Friday at her home. She was born in Cortland to Lester and Mildred Milks. Prior to Shirley's retirement from Loretto as a home health aide, she was employed as a waitress for several years. She was also the owner/operator of a mobile food truck. Shirley had a passion for caring and grooming cats owning a cattery. She entered many feline competitions, showing the rare domestic breed known as Chartreux.

Shirley is survived by her children, Wesley (Linda) Rosenberg, Jr. of Tully, Mark S. Rosenberg of Syracuse, Scott (Debbie) Rosenberg of Florida and Ann (Erich) Chaplin of Syracuse; four sisters, Betty Tramutola of Florida, Barbara (June) Cooper of Florida, Judy (Jock) Neuman of Tully and Sharon Walberger of Syracuse; 11 grandchildren; three great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Leslie Milks in 2006.

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m., Friday, August 2, 2019 at White Chapel Memory Gardens, Kinne Road in Dewitt.
