Susan S. Fulmer, 70, of Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, February 22, 2022. She was born July 18, 1951 in Oneida to S. Albert and Sonia Sweetland and was a graduate of Fabius Central Schools. Susan furthered her education at S.U.N.Y. Oswego and retired from National Grid after several years of service. She is survived by her brother, Dale Sweetland of Fabius; her sister, Lynne Brandi of Tempe. AZ as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Thomas C. Fulmer. A private graveside service will be held in the spring at the Welsh Church Cemetery in Nelson.
