Theresa F. "Terry" Miner, 74, of Bradenton, Florida formerly of Pompey passed away peacefully at home Saturday, April 1, 2023 with her family by her side. Terry was born March 22, 1949 in Syracuse to Donald and Fay Francey and had resided in Bradenton for the last 40 years. She had been employed in the retail grocery business for 30 years and retired from Winn-Dixie Markets. Terry enjoyed going to Las Vegas and could be quoted as saying "I'd rather be in Las Vegas". She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Stanley A. Miner of Bradenton, FL; her son, Derek Miner of Atlanta, GA; her daughter, Micah Miner of Bradenton, FL; her four brothers, Daniel Francey of Bunnell, FL, Michael Francey of Cortland, NY, Scott Francey of Manlius, NY and Craig Francey of East Syracuse, NY; seven nieces and six nephews. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Tuesday, June 27, 2023 with services to follow at Michael E. Brown Funeral Services, 2333 Fenner Road in Cazenovia.
