Thomas E. Davis, 68, of Nelson, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, October 12, 2026. He was born in Oneida on October 29, 1957 to Everett and Shirley Mason Davis. Tom was a graduate of Cazenovia High School, Class of ’76. He had been employed at Agway Lumber in Oneida for 14 years and retired in May from Syracuse University where he was employed as a Carpenter.

       Tom had a passion for hunting, often enjoying time with his cousin Dennis, pursuing deer, pheasant, rabbit, and birds with both rifle and bow.

       He is survived by several cousins including, Deborah (Jim) Brady of Cazenovia and Dennis (Margaret) Davis of Madisonville, TN.
